KRN हीट एक्सचेंजर और रेफ्रिजरेशन लिमिटेड 25 सितंबर, 2024 को अपना पहला IPO शुरू करने जा रही है, जिससे वह ₹342 करोड़ तक का धन जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। IPO के लिए मूल्य सीमा ₹209 से ₹220 प्रति शेयर के बीच निर्धारित की गई है (खबर लिखते समय इसका ग्रे मार्केट प्रीमियम (GMP) 108.64% है अर्थात एक्स्चेंज पर लिस्टिंग के समय इसका मूल्य ₹239 बढ़कर  ₹459 रहने का अनुमान है  जिससे निवेशकों को भारी मुनाफे की उम्मीद है )। कंपनी इस आय का उपयोग मुख्य रूप से राजस्थान के नीमराना में KRN HVAC उत्पादों के लिए एक नए निर्माण संयंत्र की स्थापना और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए करेगी।

 



KRN, जो एल्यूमिनियम और तांबे की फिन ट्यूब हीट एक्सचेंजर्स का निर्माण करती है, ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2024 के लिए ₹308.28 करोड़ की आय के साथ प्रभावशाली विकास की रिपोर्ट पेश की है और पिछले तीन वर्षों में 25.46% की संयोजित वार्षिक विकास दर प्राप्त की है। कंपनी के पास एक मजबूत ग्राहक आधार है, जिसमें डाइकिन और कैरियर जैसे प्रमुख खिलाड़ी शामिल हैं, और यह भारत के 17 राज्यों में सेवा प्रदान करने के साथ साथ नौ देशों में निर्यात भी करती है।

 



IPO के बाद, प्रमोटर की हिस्सेदारी 94.39% से घटकर 70.79% हो जाएगी। कंपनी के प्रदर्शन संकेतक, जैसे कि इक्विटी पर रिटर्न और प्रयुक्त पूंजी, मजबूत हैं, जो यह सुझाव देते हैं कि यह भविष्य की वृद्धि के लिए अच्छी स्थिति में है।
